I first met Lynn through the internet in 2019 when I began searching Branson for a Realtor to assist me in finding a home in the Branson area. The Lord Jesus had just commissioned me to move from my home in South Carolina to live in Branson and to serve in the prayer ministry of Billye Brim Ministries (billyebrim.org). Lynn saw my online search and contacted me to volunteer her services. She learned my interests and needs for a home and right away began sending suggestions she found in the Branson area. From those suggestions we together selected 10 houses that seemed most likely to be what I needed. So I drove to Branson in mid -December 2019, planning to spend as many days as necessary looking. On my first day in Branson we found the perfect home from that list of 10. The moment we parked in front of this house, I knew that I knew that I knew, without any doubt, that this was the house I would buy. After we viewed the house and property, Lynn contacted the builder/seller that same afternoon, we met with him and I promptly signed a commitment to buy the house and submitted a down-payment deposit. After I returned to SC, Lynn continued to help me in numerous ways. Because the house was new, not yet quite ready for occupancy, I made a list of several features to be installed, such as sliding glass doors for the showers in both bathroom, a spray attachment in the master bath, a strong metal safety hand-hold bar also in the master bath shower, lever door handles to replace all round ones, and LED under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Lynn served as liaison between the builder and me, and sent photos of suggestions from which I chose the features to be installed. After electronic closing of the sale in the first week of January 2020, I met the movers and settled into the house on January 11, 2020. Lynn continued being of immense help to acquaint me with the Branson area, assisting with subscriptions for utilities, showing me nearby grocers, other stores, car services, etc. Lynn was consistently friendly, patient, kind, and very perceptive in foreseeing many of my needs. I could not have expected or asked for a better Realtor or help.
